Generally, small orders and small items can be sent by Air Companies such as DHL or FEDEX. With large orders and large items, we usually ship by sea, and it takes about 4-6 weeks. It is a popular way to dispatch to your destination, with calculations based on cubic meters. Moreover, in order to satisfy the customer, we are willing to provide service either by LCL or by full containers. There are several classifications of shipping price such as F.O.B price, C.I.F price or C &F price, depending on customer’s requests. All shipping expenditures will be the customer’s responsibility. The packing will be based on standard packing for export. In case of the customers have their own packing and shipping, we will offer you an ex-factory price. It is a price for merchandise without packing and shipping charges.

F.O.B. Price: This is a price for merchandises, packing and handling charges in Thailand, and documentation in Thailand. In this case, the freight must be collected at the destination. Regularly, the agent in the destination will get contact before the shipment arrives at the port of destination. Other charges such as customs clearance and duty will be charged to the customer and they vary upon the country. Most customers prefer this type, and it is widely accepted in wholesale and retail fields.

C & F: This includes merchandises, packing and handling charges, documentation in Thailand, and also prepaid freight. Other charges (custom clearance, duty, and etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

C.I.F: It is similar to C&F, but insurance is included.
